“The Fish Camp” has been designed as a collection of amenities that are for the exclusive use of residents at The Retreat. A dock and boat launch provide convenient access to Beresford Creek and the surrounding waterways, and a pavilion, nestled in the trees on the water’s edge, provides a gathering space for friends and neighbors.
Daniel Island Club
Residents at The Retreat become members of the private Daniel Island Club which is just an easy bike or golf cart ride away. With a variety of membership tiers, the Club is the recreational and social center of Daniel Island park with two golf courses, an expansive clubhouse, swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis and pickle ball, plus several dining venues.
Community
As part of the greater Daniel Island community, residents at The Retreat will also enjoy access to the island’s hundreds of acres of parks and trails and the shopping, dining and conveniences in downtown Daniel Island. A Property Owners’ Association maintains amenities throughout the island, and a special district has been set up for owners at The Retreat to ensure amenities are maintained to the highest standards.
